Patsy Garis offers a curated selection of handbags, tote bags, shoulder bags, crossbody bags, backpacks, statement straps, bag charms, keychains, and other fashion accessories designed for everyday use.
What materials are your products made from?
Materials vary by product and may include leather, suede, canvas, denim, nylon, resin, metal hardware, and decorative materials. Please review the product description before purchasing for the specific material and construction details.
Are variations in leather, suede, or hardware considered defects?
Natural differences in leather grain, suede texture, stitching, color tone, and hardware finish may occur. These variations are part of the material’s individual character and are not considered defects. Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
How should I care for my bag?
Keep your bag away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, perfumes, oils, and harsh cleaning products. Gently wipe smooth surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and use a suitable suede brush for suede products.
When not in use, empty the bag, lightly fill it with clean tissue paper to help maintain its shape, and store it in a cool, dry place. Avoid overloading the bag or placing excessive pressure on straps, clasps, and decorative hardware.
Will your straps and bag charms fit every bag?
Compatibility depends on the bag’s handles, rings, loops, and hardware. Before purchasing a strap or charm, check the product measurements and confirm that your bag has a suitable attachment point. Decorative accessories should not be forced onto hardware that is too thick or too small.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Shipping time begins after the order has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
What shipping options are available in the United States?
We currently offer:
Economy Shipping: $5.00, or free for orders of $9.99 and above, with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 business days.
Standard Shipping: $10.00, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and do not include order-processing time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to supported international destinations. Available carriers and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package details, and selected service. Options may include DHL, FedEx, and USPS.
Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states that duties are prepaid, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take a short time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order?
Contact support@garislabel.com as soon as possible. We will try to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
Customers are responsible for checking that their name, address, telephone number, and other delivery details are correct before completing checkout.
What is your return policy?
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, straps, charms, accessories, protective coverings, and hardware included.
To request a return, email support@garislabel.com before sending the product back. One prepaid return shipment is provided per approved eligible order. Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, style, or color, return the original item according to our Return and Refund Policy and place a new order.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@garislabel.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product, the affected area, the packaging, and the shipping label. After reviewing the claim, we may provide an appropriate replacement or refund.
What should I do if tracking shows delivered but I cannot find my package?
Check with household members, neighbors, reception staff, or building management, and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details. If the package still cannot be located, email support@garislabel.com with your order number and tracking information.
