Return and Refund Policy

At Patsy Garis, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags, packaging, straps, charms, hardware, protective coverings, and accessories
- Free from stains, odors, scratches, scuffs, stretching, alterations, or other signs of use
Handbags must be empty and must not show signs of being carried or used. Bag straps, keychains, and bag charms must not show scratches, tarnishing, bent clasps, missing crystals, damaged pendants, or signs of attachment and wear.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
Natural Material Variations
Many of our bags and accessories are made from leather, suede, canvas, denim, nylon, resin, metal, and decorative materials. Natural variations in leather grain, suede texture, color tone, stitching, and hardware finish may occur and are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting and screen settings.
How to Request a Return
Email support@garislabel.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. We offer one free approved return shipment per order.
Do not return products to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered.
Please include clear photos of:
- The product
- The damaged or incorrect area
- The original packaging
- The shipping label
After reviewing the claim, we may provide a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, and customs duties paid directly to carriers or local authorities are non-refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive another color, style, size, or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned after delivery.
