Patsy Garis LLC ships handbags, bag straps, charms, keychains, and other fashion accessories within the United States and internationally.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

United States Shipping

We currently offer the following domestic shipping options:

Economy Shipping

  • $5.00
  • Free for orders of $9.99 or more
  • Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days

Standard Shipping

  • $10.00
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected service.

Available international services may include:

  • FedEx International Connect Plus®
  • USPS First Class Package International
  • USPS Priority Mail International
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International

Carrier availability may vary by destination.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless duties are shown as prepaid during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Patsy Garis LLC is not responsible for customs delays or charges imposed by local authorities.

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Contact support@garislabel.com as soon as possible if you need to correct your address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Tracking and Delivery

Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered, customers should first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the shipping carrier if the package cannot be located.

Report lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders to support@garislabel.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and any relevant photographs or tracking information.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned because of an incorrect address may be refunded after the package is returned to us. Original shipping charges and any return shipping or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.
